The Pont des Arts is a pedestrian bridge that links the Louvres Palace to the Institute of Arts (a governmental agency that oversees all issues related to Arts in France). It is quite usual to find all kind of activities and people on this bridge, ranging from the typical sunny day picnics to musicians looking for inspiration over the Seine River. In this case, the lead singer stayed quiet as if he had lost his flow of words.
