When I stumbled upon this man on Boulevard Pereire, it looked like he had been teleported from Al Capone’s Chicago to the quiet XVIIth arrondissement. Hopefully, it was probably simply one of the neighbour enjoying a first smoke on an early Saturday morning. (click on picture to enlarge)
