Downtown playgrounds

One could think that it is now impossible to enjoy team sports in Paris. While few play grounds remain active, you will still find people playing football or basketball in wonderful surroundings. Top award for boldness goes for the boys playing street football on the forecourt of the Basilique Notre Dame des Victoires (third picture)           (click on pictures to enlarge)

    Dear Admin,

I think your photos look amazing and noticed that they have very unique set of hues and tones to them. Do you use Adobe Lightroom to re-touch the original photos? Do you use a purchased preset? If so, I’d very much appreciate it if you could tell me the name of the preset pack that you purchased. Or did you create these preset yourself? If so, would you be able to send me these presets? I’d love to play around with them on some of my photos.

    merci beaucoup

    Shu

    Thanks to both of you.

On the subject of presets, I do not share them as I think they a part of a photographer artistic signature. Iherefore, it is a kind of little secret ;) Each picture is processed in Lightroom depending on subject, I would say I spend an average 15 minutes per picture and do local retouches so really presets are only the first step of the process.
Nevertheless, here are a few tips. Playing around with the saturation, blacks and vignetting sliders …
