Bonjour ! les deux messieurs sont assis à un arrêt de bus, d’où ces poteaux métalliques de part et d’autre, à l’arrière de la structure, une pub laissant se miroiter la petite jeune fille… j’ai bon ?

It is indeed two persons sitting at a bus stop. The souvenir shop merchant has installed a mirror on the back side of the bus stop structure, so the little girl can contemplate if the beret fits her.
I wish I could tell the girl she’s not wearing that beret correctly. She needs to give it a bit of a lilt to the side.
