I can’t remember another instance where such a snow storm hit Western Europe so early in winter time. Up to 25 centimeters of snow were able to paralyze most of France and people had to find extra creativity to wipe off the snow piling up in the street or on store awnings. It’s a big contradiction. Where I am the temperature is 37 celcius and never seen a snowflake in my life.
