Impressions by the Louvres

Sometimes I guess one takes a shot without really knowing why. The light, the situation, the forms, the feelings, … who knows, we just hit the trigger. This was the case that afternoon by the Louvres, so today, you’ll have to build your own history about these two persons by the Louvres.  (click on picture to enlarge)

    Hello Yanidel,
I have no experience and one question about this « light splash ».
Is this ND filter effect or not?
I ask, because I want to buy Leica M8 and I did not find answer about IR/UV filter in destruction picture through the light.

(I’m sorry for my English, I hope that you understood)

    Hi Slawek,

Difficult to answer your question. I think the splash on the top is due to the lens, while the reflection on the bottom corner might be the ND filter.
Yet in general, IR/UV filter will have almost no impact on image resolution. It will nevertheless create blobs (especially at night), close to strong light sources.

    Hope this helped, cheers, Yanick
