		<description><![CDATA[Jason, I had no idea it existed in the States, good for you there !! 
There are actually a lot way better bakeries in Paris, Paul is a bit too much of a chain sometimes. Croissants are ok but some of their bread is really good !
I imagine the butter croissants must last a second before they melt in the hot Florida weather ;) 
As for chef, indeed, authentic French !]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[OOOHH... I love Paul and I love this photo. The lady has such elan!

Did you know that the only Paul restaurants/boulangerie in North America are in Florida, in and around Miami? It&#039;s true. There are two alone in the Aventura Mall. 

I ate there and it was as good as the one I ate at in Paris (Pain c&#039;est magniifque ), but it was a lot warmer on the terrace.....

The chef de cuisine was authentically French as well. When we walked in he was verbally abusing a busboy, but then turned on the charm when he saw us.]]></description>
