dimanche, septembre 26th, 2010

Get on the plane, fly to Paris. Leave the luggage at the hotel and head to a shop to buy a beret. Ready for a nice meal at a good restaurant. Ah la vie en rose ! ……. Damned, menus are in French in Paris. (click on picture to enlarge)

Five in a Fiat 500

mercredi, septembre 22nd, 2010

The mythic Fiat 500. The jewel of a whole generation. A trip to the sea or a girlfriend in the back seat, I am sure it will bring great memories to many of you. One would joke that you could fit 10 people in that sardine can. Yet with five people, I believe this family I encountered in the middle of the Iena Bridge already attained quite a challenge. Waiters in Paris are seasoned professionals who will take your order in a few seconds. Yet, when facing the mellow eyes of a few pretty women, this young waiter suddenly seems to lose all his ways. (click on picture to enlarge)

In the Luxembourg Garden, three young friends on a summer trip stare at the vegetation in a long silence. Studies, work, and maybe love, these are the times of difficult choices.  (click on picture to enlarge)

Beer for men, wine for girls

mercredi, juin 23rd, 2010

Too sad for Champagne

vendredi, avril 23rd, 2010

While his friends celebrate heartily with a bottle of Champagne, a boy stares at the Seine River paying little attention to his glass. Broken-hearted ?

Esmeralda and Quasimodo : Act II

vendredi, janvier 22nd, 2010

Well, Quasimodo was the dog and in my story, it was it that abandoned Esmeralda to go look for a more fascinating master. Looks that is he also became more human and experienced, waiting for a headless woman to pick him up ;)  (click on picture to enlarge)
