As we enter December and the holiday season, a rollercoaster was installed in front of the Grand Palais. The deers seem to enjoy a little race versus the horses on top of the palace. The later being obviously condemned to eternal stillness. (click on picture to enlarge)

The very steep street “Rue des Martyrs” next to Montmartre is always very busy on Sundays with people coming for a breakfast or grocery shopping. It was even more the case yesterday as the yearly flea market envaded the tiny street and shoppers started to rummage about the various stands.
